Property Manager. The Property Management Company for Townsquare Village is Taylor Management.

Maintenance Fees. The Maintenance Fee for Townsquare Village is $198 per month. The fee includes Landscaping, Snow Removal, Trash Collection, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, and Playgrounds.

Trash Collection. Pickup is Monday and Thrusday morning. Recyclable pickup is on Wedensday. This is subject to change with the holiday schedule.

Homeowner's Insurance. Townsquare Village is a Homeowners' Association, not a Condominium Association. Therefore, you must have homeowner's insurance which covers your unit inside and out, including the property.

Important Reminder. No parking in the visitor parking areas during a snow storm!

Pets. Townsquare Village owners are permitted to have pets. There are no weight limits.

Swimming Pool.  The Townsquare Village Community Swimming Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
